On the day of the appointment

First Trimester: -Your visit at our Clinic will take 2-3 hours.; -You may bring someone with you, but it is not necessary. When you leave the clinic, you will feel well and be able to drive your car.; -Patients choosing IV Sedation are required to have an escort to drive them home.
Second Trimester: -Expect to be at the clinic for approximately 2 hours each day of your two day visit schedule.; -For your own safety, you are required to bring an escort to drive you home after the procedure; -It will be necessary for you to be close to the clinic (within one hour) on the evening between visit one and two. This is for your safety and will allow us to manage complications which may arise.; -If overnight accommodations are needed, several reasonably priced, quality motels are located nearby. We will be happy to assist you in any way possible and will provide a map and all contact information.
All Patients: -Take a warm tub bath or shower.; -If you are currently taking prescribed medication, take it as scheduled. If you are asthmatic bring your inhaler when you come for your appointment.; -If your appointment is before noon do not eat or drink anything after midnight. If you have an afternoon appointment do not eat or drink anything after 8 A.M.; -Children and infants are not allowed in the clinic. This is a courtesy to other patients and a safety protocol, ensuring their well being.; -Payments must be made in either cash, MasterCard or Visa.
